Shipping & Delivery

We keep shipping simple and predictable. Our standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. Orders typically process in 2–4 business days and transit is usually 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If a shipping option is not shown for your address, we are not currently able to ship there.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak periods or severe weather, timelines may extend.

Tracking Your Order

• We email a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order departs our facility.
• Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to display the first scan after dispatch.
• If your order ships in more than one package, you will receive separate tracking numbers—each will arrive by email.

Split Shipments

• To avoid delays, items in the same order may ship separately when they are ready at different times or from different fulfillment locations.
• If we split an order into multiple packages, you will not be charged more than the standard shipping fee shown at checkout for that order.
• You will receive tracking details for each package.

Address Accuracy & Changes

• Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.
• If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can update the address only before your order ships.
• Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address or an uncollected parcel, we can reship to a corrected address for an additional $6.99.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears stalled:

• Check the tracking link for the latest scans and delivery notes.
• Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
• Look around the delivery area and with neighbors or building staff.
• Allow 24 hours after a “delivered” scan in case of a premature status update.
• If still unresolved, contact the carrier with your tracking number, then email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will assist.

• All delivery estimates are guidelines and not guaranteed arrival dates.
• Carrier or weather disruptions and peak-season volume can extend delivery times.
