04. Product Availability & Fulfillment

Our digital inventory is synchronized in real-time with our physical stock. However, in the rare instance of a simultaneous multi-order discrepancy resulting in a stock-out, the following protocols apply:

3. Optional cancellation with a 100% refund at the customer’s discretion.

05. Delivery Services & Tracking Information

To ensure global-tier reliability, we delegate the final-mile delivery to the most reputable carriers in the industry. Your parcel will be handled by:

10. Shipping Restrictions

Current logistical capabilities are focused on the 50 United States. We do not offer international shipping, nor do we deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time. All deliveries require a physical street address for security and verification purposes.

11. Order Status & Communication
