Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible so we can help before your order moves further along in our process.

When can I cancel my order?

Orders move into processing quickly, typically within our 2–4 business day handling window (and sometimes sooner). Your cancellation options depend on the order stage:

How to request a cancellation

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Subject line: Cancel Order
  • Include: your order number, the item(s) to cancel (if not the whole order), and the reason for cancellation.

We process requests in the order received. Contacting us quickly gives us the best chance to cancel before shipment.

After processing has begun

Once an order is being picked or packed, cancellation is not guaranteed. We will make a best effort to intercept, but if the order ships, please accept delivery and follow our return guidelines for eligible items.

After shipment

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. Original shipping fees are not refundable once an order has shipped. You may be able to return eligible items after delivery.

Refunds for canceled orders

  • If payment was not yet captured, we void the authorization. Your bank may still show a pending hold that clears based on their timelines.
  • If payment was captured, we issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Typical refund display times: cards/Stripe/Airwallex 3–10 business days (bank dependent); PayPal usually 0–5 business days.

Edits and address changes

We’re unable to modify item selections, sizes, colors, or addresses after an order is placed. If you need a change, request a cancellation and place a new order. For address errors, contact us immediately—we will attempt to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

Cancellations initiated by us

We may cancel all or part of an order in rare cases, such as item unavailability, payment authorization issues, duplicate orders, or suspected fraud. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund for the canceled items.
