We understand that occasionally an item may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have established a transparent and customer-centric return and refund framework.

01. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a successful return, please ensure your items meet the following professional criteria:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Items must be free from any scent (perfume, smoke, etc.) or marks (makeup, deodorant).

02. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories are exempt from our standard return policy:

  • Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear).
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry.
  • Final sale or clearance merchandise.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.

03. The Return Process

STEP 1: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.

STEP 2: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and the appropriate shipping instructions to our Anchorage facility.

STEP 3: Package your items securely. While we do not charge restocking fees, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

04. Refund Timeline & Procedures

We pride ourselves on rapid financial processing once a return is validated. Our protocol for refunds is as follows:

  • Inspection: Upon receipt at 653 Fischer Ave, items are inspected within 2 business days.
  • Approval: You will be notified via email once your return is approved for a refund.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days.
  • Zero Fees: London Design Fashion does not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns. You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s).

Note: It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the transaction on your statement.

05. Damaged or Defective Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. In these specific cases, London Design Fashion will provide a prepaid return label and ensure a full refund or a complimentary replacement is processed as a priority.

06. Exchanges

To ensure you get the correct size or color as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order simultaneously. This prevents the desired item from selling out during the transit phase.
