We want your pieces to feel just right. If something isn’t working out, our returns process is straightforward. Please review the guidelines below before sending anything back.

Eligibility Rules

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors, marks, makeup, deodorant, or pet hair, with all tags attached.
  • Footwear must be tried on indoors; return pairs in the original shoe box placed inside a protective outer package.
  • Sets must be returned complete (all pieces).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items marked non-returnable at checkout
  • Intimates and hygiene-sensitive categories: underwear, swim bottoms, bodysuits, hosiery/tights
  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry
  • Face coverings and masks
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping & Costs

  • For standard returns (fit, change of mind), customers are responsible for return postage. Use a trackable service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • If we sent the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping. We may provide a prepaid label or reimburse standard postage after review.
  • Original shipping fees paid on the order are not refundable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason. For issues or defects, include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  2. Wait for approval. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without approval may be refused.
  3. Pack securely. Include all tags, accessories, and the original brand packaging (e.g., shoe box) inside a protective outer carton.
  4. Ship using a trackable service and share the tracking number by reply email.
  5. We will inspect your return within 2–5 business days of receipt and confirm the outcome by email.

Refunds and Exchanges

Outcome Details
Refund Issued to the original payment method when possible (PayPal, credit/debit card via Stripe, or Airwallex). If the original method cannot accept a refund, we will issue store credit.
Exchange Subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund per policy. Some exchanges may be processed as a return plus a new purchase to secure availability.
Processing time Allow 3–10 business days after approval for your bank or payment provider to post the funds.
Condition adjustments If an item arrives not in returnable condition, we may return it to you or offer a partial credit at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund and cover return shipping where applicable.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and want to return it, we can issue store credit to the recipient once the return is received and approved. Please include the order number or the purchaser’s name and email, if available.
