  • londondesignfashion cannot declare items as "gifts" or undervalue the merchandise to avoid customs fees.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY AND DELIVERY ISSUES

 

  • Required Accuracy: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Londondesignfashion is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Reshipping: Orders returned to us due to an insufficient address will require the customer to pay a reshipping fee before the package is sent out again.

  • Delivered Confirmation: Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery.


 

8. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

 

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged upon arrival or fails to arrive:

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order (e.g., change the address or size), you must email us within 12 hours of placing the purchase. Once an order has been submitted to the fulfillment center or handed to the carrier, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
